Eric Holzworth is chief operating officer at Rubicon. Eric brings 16 years of experience in the design, construction and commissioning, operations, and maintenance of mission-critical facilities. Prior to joining Rubicon, Eric served at Burges Property Co. as director of Development for a large, speculative, mission critical real estate development project to be constructed on a programmatic nationwide basis. Earlier in his career, Eric served in management roles, including vice president of the Western Region, of one of the nation’s largest suppliers of equipment and services to the mission-critical infrastructure industry. Eric started his career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation as an engineer in the Distribution and Controls Construction division in Pittsburgh. Eric has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Georgia.
