By taking a Design/Build - Construction Management at Risk role, Rubicon's team of engineers will work closely with their design team of record, coordinating the critical path design items and reducing the time to get to permit and construction. Hardware is procured at this time, eliminating the lengthy process of awaiting final bid documents. Meanwhile, Rubicon's experienced construction professionals will be providing guidance on the most suitable means and methods of construction to meet project goals.

Once under construction, the entire team stays engaged, fine-tuning the design all the way through the final commissioning and close-out. The result is a highly-engineered, quality built facility that balances the need for rapid construction with reliability and prudent application of capital.
